This product is made with dehydrated cabbage- derived from premium quality cabbage vegetables. It’s gluten-free, rich in nutrients and fiber. A whole vegetable powder that is an alternative to fufu, garri, pounded yam, and baking dough (for those who seek to reduce their carb intake). The preparation directions are on the back of the pack. To make fufu or poundo, psyllium husk flakes will be added as a binder. Psyllium Husk is regarded as a good source of fiber- thereby making this product rich in fiber and natural nutrients derived from vegetables, gluten-free, and low in carbs without added sugars. It feels like garri, but our customers say that it is Better Than Garri, and we agree!
