Peanut Flour Keto Bread

This peanut flour bread is a must try. It hardly feels like a low carb bread and can compete vigorously with normal bread. It’s everything yummy to the max. Let's get right into the bread. The bread recipe below is for a small peanut flour bread. In order to make a bigger loaf, you simply double the ingredients and bake in a medium bread pan. INGREDIENTS 1/2 Cup of Peanut flour( I used the Tru Nut brand) 1/2 Cup of Blanched Almond Flour

3 Beaten Eggs 3 Tablespoon of Melted Butter 2 Tablespoon of Powdered Erythritol( Xylitol, Stevia, or Monk Fruit sweeteners can also be used) 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon of Xanthan gum 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt DIRECTIONS Pre-heat oven at 365 degree Fahrenheit or 185 degree Celsius. In a bowl add egg and whisk well. Add erythritol and beat together with eggs till lump free. Add melted and cooled butter and beat well. Add almond flour, peanut flour, Xanthan gum, baking powder and salt. Mix well then use a spatula and beat till lump free. You can also use an electric hand mixer to mix all the ingredients. Line a cookie baking pan with parchment paper and pour batter on it if trying to make flat bread or pour into a lined bread pan then bake for 15 -20minutes or till dough is dry and no longer wet. You can check by dipping a tooth pick into the bread. If it comes out dry then it’s ready. Allow to cool and serve. To make a bigger loaf, simply double ingredients and bake for about 30 -40 minutes.
