Keto Hawaiian Sweet Bread

3 Beaten eggs 1 & 1/2 cup of blanched keto almond flour 2 ounce cream cheese 1 & 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese 4 - 6 sachet of stevia A dash of salt 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1 blended nutmeg (optional)
Pre-heat oven at 365 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt cheese & set aside. Add beaten eggs to bowl. Add almond flour, baking powder, Stevia and salt. Mix well using a spatula then add melted cheese and mix in thoroughly. Add blended nutmeg for additional flavor or skip if you do not like nutmeg. In a small round or square baking pan, place parchment paper. Wet your hands and take a mould of dough. Roll in round shape and place on the parchment paper. Repeat for the remaining dough and drop dough side by side each other allowing them touch. Then beat another egg and brush over dough. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
