Nut Blend Flour 3 Minutes Microwave Sandwich.
Ingredients
4 Tablespoon Nut Blend Flour (A mixture of Almond flour, coconut flour, pecan flour and walnut flour)
2 Beaten Eggs
2 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Sachets of Stevia.
Directions
Beat eggs and add melted butter. Mix well and add nut blend flour, add baking powder, salt and stevia. Mix well and add milk then combine thoroughly. Spray a microwave safe bowl and pour batter. Microwave for 3 minutes and serve as you like.
To Make Panini Sandwich, you will need a panini maker.
Slice bread in half then add cheese, turkey slices and anything you like on top of one half slice of bread. Cover with other half and place in the panini maker after spraying with spray olive oil. Press down and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and allow to cool, serve as you like.
